António Saiote, nome pelo qual é mais conhecido António Manuel Correia Saiote, é um clarinetista, maestro e professor, nascido em Loures a 14 de julho de 1960.
Tem sido membro de júri nos prestigiados concursos de Toulon, Constância, Sevilha, Varsóvia, Caracas, Kortrik, Ghent, Brasília, e presidente do concurso Valentino Buchi em Roma. Foi nomeado, numa votação por unanimidade, para Membro de Honra da Associação Internacional de Clarinete.
Detém também o título de “Personalidade Latino-Americana do Clarinete”, pela Associação ClariPeru e foi distinguido com a Medalha de Honra do Concelho da cidade de Loures.
Foi mentor e coorganizador do Congresso Mundial de Clarinete 2009, no Porto, e foi diretor artístico do Festival e Academia de Guimarães.
Atuou ou ensinou em mais de trinta países da Ásia, Europa, América e África do Norte.
Atualmente ensina na Escola Superior de Música e Artes do Espectáculo, do Porto (ESMAE). É diretor artístico e maestro titular da Orquestra Sinfónica da ESMAE e diretor artístico do Meeting Internacional de Clarinete Marcos Romão dos Reis Jr..
Bruno Parrinha toca clarinetes, Sib e alto, flauta e saxofones alto e soprano. Estudou na Academia de Amadores de Música e em 1988 gravou com Sei Miguel “Songs against love and terrorism”.
Desde então tem dedicado o seu empenho na livre improvisação e tem participado em inúmeras formações e concertos com ilustríssimos músicos entre os quais Rodrigo Amado, Rodrigo Pinheiro, Miguel Mira, João Lucas, Paulo Curado, Ernesto Rodrigues, Guilherme Rodrigues, Carlos Santos, Ulrich Mitzlaff, Manuel Guimarães, Maria Radich, Cyril Bondi, “D’Incise”, Raphael Ortiz, Nicolaus Gerwinsky, Phill Niblock, Raymond McDonald, Victor Nubla, Jorrit Disktra, Nuno Rebelo, Marco Franco, Gabriel Ferrandini, Hernâni Faustino, Luís Lopes, José Oliveira, Carlos “Zingaro”, João Pedro Viegas, Vítor Rua, Abdul “Moimême”, Luís Vicente, João Lencastre, Luís Gil, Paulo Pimentel, Francisco Andrade, Albert Cicera e muitos outros.
Faz parte dos grupos: Trio com Luís Lopes e Ricardo Jacinto, IKB, VGO, Expressive visual music, Open Mind, Morf3ma, Trio com Miguel Mira e Paulo Curado.
